The website is operated by Ethon James under the professional brand Crypten Technologies. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

The website provides general information about Crypten, approved services, products in development, independent ventures, selected work and ways to contact us.

The website includes a business-enquiry form and direct email contact, but it does not provide an online contracting facility. It does not accept online payment, publish binding fixed prices or create a client engagement merely because you visit the website, submit an enquiry or send an email.

Any service engagement is subject to appropriate scoping, capacity, due diligence and written terms. A binding engagement arises only through a separate proposal, statement of work, agreement or other communication that the relevant parties expressly intend to be legally binding.

A website enquiry, email or preliminary discussion is an invitation to discuss a possible engagement and does not by itself require Crypten to accept work, reserve capacity, deliver a service or meet a proposed deadline. A later electronic communication may have legal effect where the relevant parties clearly intend it to create binding obligations and applicable law recognises that electronic transaction.

The enquiry form is provided as a convenient way to send a bounded business enquiry. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive or confidential material.

The form uses anti-abuse controls and server-side validation. Submission is not guaranteed: a request may be rejected if required fields are invalid, anti-abuse verification fails, the delivery service is unavailable or the request appears abusive.

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but service descriptions are general and may change. Scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, fees, timelines, acceptance criteria and support terms are determined separately for each engagement.

DigiPaper and Vela are described as in development unless and until a later approved release status says otherwise. Website references to developing products are not offers of immediate public availability.

Jamaica In Focus and FanFuel are independent ventures. The website may link to their public websites or other third-party resources for context. A link does not make Crypten responsible for a third party’s website, content, availability, privacy practices, security or separate services.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, layouts, brand elements and original materials are owned by Ethon James or are used under an applicable licence or permission for the Crypten Technologies professional brand, subject to the rights of any identified third-party rights holder.

You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business-reference purposes. You may not falsely represent Crypten content as your own, remove proprietary notices, misuse the Crypten name or marks, reproduce substantial website content for commercial exploitation, or use website materials in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

General website content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, cybersecurity-certification or other regulated professional advice. Where a matter requires such advice, obtain advice from a qualified professional appropriate to the circumstances.

We may update, suspend or change the website and do not guarantee that every feature, link, enquiry submission or third-party service will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided for general informational purposes and Crypten does not accept liability for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content where relevant facts should instead be confirmed in a scoped engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives liability or a consumer, statutory or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data associated with website use, the enquiry form and direct email enquiries is handled. The initial site does not include analytics, a CRM, user accounts or a production lead database.
